[ANNOUNCEMENT] Apache Commons DbUtils 1.8.0

The Apache Commons DbUtils team is pleased to announce the release of
Apache Commons DbUtils 1.8.0.

The Apache Commons DbUtils package is a set of Java utility classes
for easing JDBC development.
