[PR] perf(compaction): scan survivor minimum directly [iceberg-go]

**What**
Scan survivor sequence minima directly.
**Why**
`conservativeMinSeq` collected all map values into a temporary slice only to find the minimum.
**Implementation**
Iterate `PartMinSeq` and update the minimum in place.
