Problem with Tomcat

Hello everybody

I thave the following error while trying to start jakarta-tomcat :


[Ali@ephemere bin]$ ./satrtup.sh
bash: ./satrtup.sh: No such file or directory
[Ali@ephemere bin]$ ./startup.sh
Guessing TOMCAT_HOME from tomcat.sh to ./..
Setting TOMCAT_HOME to ./..
cd ./..
Using classpath:
.:./../lib/ant.jar:./../lib/jasper.jar:./../lib/servlet.jar:./../lib/test:./../lib/webserver.jar:./../lib/xml.jar:/usr/local/jdk1.2.2/bin/../lib/tools.jar
[Ali@ephemere bin]$ Exception in thread "main"
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/tomcat/startup/Tomcat



neither the org.jar file nor the org directory exist on my disk. could
anybody help me please.
