**What would you like to be added**:
I want introduce informer mechanism into the kubernetes registry and discard the watch api.
**Why is this needed**:
Using informer can introduce caching mechanism, reduce direct interaction with api server, improve response time and reduce pressure on api server.

K8s api server etcd 属于IAAS层，dubbo-go属于中间件层，不应该使用k8s作为服务注册中心
