As discussed in https://github.com/apache/bigtop/pull/1052#issuecomment-1316212294,
Bigtop will include Mpack in 3.2 release which was defined in [Define Bigtop 3.2 release BOM|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BIGTOP-3695]

Mpack also would not block 3.2 release 
I prefer to put this task into 3.3 release.
