I ran into the "more than 200 issues" problem which Myrna encountered during the 10.10.2.0 release: DERBY-6588. This patch supplies a fix for that problem which may be sufficient for 10.11.1. The fix is to add an extra clause to the JQL query to exclude issues which were fixed in certain previous versions. Fortunately, the release note generator already knows how to calculate the list of versions whose fixes can be excluded, and that information is now available to the method which cooks up the JQL query. Right now, we're at 181 issues. We can fix 19 more issues for 10.11.1 before we run into the 200 issue limit again. In the meantime, I will ask infrastructure to raise the limit to 250 or 300. We may have to do something more creative if infrastructure balks at that request.
