Issue tracker for ApacheCon
Should there be an issue tracker for ApacheCon?
This could be used to track website issues etc.
Much easier than using a mailing list, especially for patches.

It looks like one was created, but it does not have any issues:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/APACHECON
However it appears to be read-only; one cannot create issues.
I've asked for it to be enabled:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-14748
