Here are several issues mixed, and for example not considering that for several
cases results for treatment of cells hidden by filter differ from results for
cells hidden via row heading-hide. We need to distinguish these different cases
carefully.
Additionally we already (might) have some reports for particular cases.

So I modify this one to a Task bug.

We will have to submit separate Bug reports for each particular case.
