This task tracks the effort to upgrade the `sanitize-html` library in the Atlas React UI (`/dashboard`) from its current version (`2.17.4`) to the patched version (`2.17.6`).

*Implementation Note:*
> Upgrading this package to `2.17.6` introduces a known Jest environment error because its underlying dependency (`htmlparser2`) has switched to ESM syntax. To fix the resulting 42 test suite failures, this upgrade must also include implementing a Jest module mock for `sanitize-html` (e.g. inside `jest.config.js` and `src/_{_}mocks{_}_`) so the test suite can run successfully.
