We will add the ability to remove a host that belongs to an existing cluster.

The user can delete hosts that consists solely of:
* DataNodes
* TaskTrackers
* NodeManagers
* ZooKeeper Servers
* Ganglia Monitor
* Clients (need to add the ability to install client components as well)
* HBase RegionServer
