[users@httpd] How to force use of https vs http

I have sendmail on one of my PCs and use squirrelmail to
read/write/reply. (Part time now until I get everything workingthe way I
want)

To get to squirrelmail I goto http[s]://mailserver/webmail

Is there a (simple <G>) way that a request for http://mailserver/webmail
be redicteded to https://mailserver/webmail ?

That is, if I forget the "s" when entering the url, I'd like the server
to "remember for me". :-)

This is Apache 2.0 running on Fedora Core 1 Linux.

Thanks,
Don
