Yes you can. There's a CLI user interface that's under the examples section in the source code. The next release will have a more robust mechanism. In the meantime, you can grab the code.
juddi-examples/simple-browse //this will dump all the businesses
juddi-examples/more-uddi-samples //this is the CLI interface
