   Follow up for https://github.com/apache/camel-quarkus/issues/5153.
   
   After upgrading to localstack 2.x, secret rotation seems somewhat tricky. There is some background information on the topic here:
   
   https://docs.localstack.cloud/user-guide/aws/secretsmanager/#rotate-the-secret
   
   This relates to the following `aws-secrets-manager` test:
