[I] [Bug] [Sub Process] Sub Process will got a dead circle when offline process exists in sub process [dolphinscheduler]

### What happened
I have defined two process:
Process A Info { type: shell , script: echo something, status: online }
Process B Info { type: shell, script: echo something others, status: offline}
then, I defined a sub process task in a new process C, the sub process relation as below :
A -> B
and then, I set the process C to online, start the process C.
it will cause a dead circle and there is no idea to kill the process execution unless stop master & delete the table in DB 😢 .
### What you expected to happen
maybe is about sub process execution strategy problem.
### How to reproduce
Defined 3 process as follow:
Process A Info { type: shell , script: echo something, status: online }
Process B Info { type: shell, script: echo something others, status: offline}
then, I defined a sub process task in a new process C, the sub process relation as below :
A -> B
### Anything else
task execute better to check if there is dead circle before run.

3.2.x
