There is no release for 3.2 yet, it is under development. This particular
OSMF download bug is not fixed yet. We’re not supposed to advertise
unreleased software on the users@ list. If you really want to try the
development builds, you can ask on the dev@ list.

After 3 or 4 more attempts, now it is always failing on the OSMF download
portion. Not crashing, but just halting there.
