@simbit18 wow! In fact this file is missing since 2018 when @davids5 (now retired I think) defined it to boards/arm/imxrt/imxrt1050-evk/scripts/Make.defs and latter Dave Marple copied it to boards/arm/imxrt/imxrt1020-evk/scripts/Make.defs also without noticing the missing file.
Now I also copied it and missed same file.
