Manifest management in Phoenix

Hi everyone:

I'm working on getting Merlin to run inside Phoenix.  One of the open 
questions I have is the level of support that Phoinix provides for 
manifest extension declarations.  If I provide jar files in the SR lib 
directory, and these jar files declare extension jar depedencies, will 
Phoenix take care of these?
