What happened to the patch? It is no longer there. Did you delete it?

I merged most of your changes from 4.1 branch to the trunk. I did not merge changes to the AbstractHttpClient class, though, as I hope they will not be necessary. Please work with the trunk from now on.

Hi Oleg,

Yes, I deleted that patch. It wouldn't apply cleanly to 4.1 branch. I hope
to redo it later today; this time against trunk.
