After successfully building the beehive distribution, go to controls-spring sample directory. Follow the instruction in README.txt,
build.xml under WEB-INF/src does not have "deploy" target to actual deploy the build to tomcat. I have to manually
either build the war file and copy it to webapps, or manually create context xml under tomcat config dir to point to working
directory.

Heh...Believe it or not, the sample is right. :) A long time ago, we decided to remove container-specific deployment support because it's reasonably easy to deploy to many containers. So, the README.txt file just needs to be changed to remove the reference to a "deploy" target and should just refer the reader to their container's deployment instructions.
