Hey [~ke4qqq], I (PMC for Mesos) asked Yong to file the ticket. 

Am I understanding you correctly that builds.apache.org already has Power nodes? If yes, can you point them to me? Couldn't tell from https://builds.apache.org/computer/. Also, once we would need docker to be installed on them because all Mesos builds depend on Docker. Is that possible?
