Struts example works just fine

First, my apologies for bogging down this list with my log files.

Anyway, I figured out what my problem was, and thought I'd share it with 
this list so that no one else wastes more time.

JRun 3.0 has a local.properties file, which includes a number of definitions 
for web applications as well as more general settings like user.classpath. 
For another project, I had modified my user.classpath value from {default} 
to something else. As soon as I changed it back to 
"user.classpath={default}" and restarted JRun Default Server, I was able to 
navigate through the 000622 struts-example web app with only the default 
.properties files (i.e. no _en_US suffix).
