[Issue 123443] Hangs when tt letters are entered

I tried to replicate the Bug in Windows 10 using the French and English
version. In both versions I failed to replicate the bug.

The process I used involved opening writer and then typing tt followed by two
of all other letters, #s, and symbols on the keyboard.

I have not tested the bug on all of the different versions of open office for
windows, but I think the bug might be specific to the French version of Windows
XP.

These are the versions of open office I used.
Apache_OpenOffice_4.1.2_Win_x86_install_fr_1709699.exe
Apache_OpenOffice_4.1.2_Win_x86_install_en-US_1709699.exe
