This PR aims at providing a comprehensive error status report for integrations.
It gathers the state managed from the underlying controllers, as well as that of the Pods directly, and bubbles the error messages up into the integration ready condition.
TODO:
* Deeper integration with runtime error handling
* Rate limiting and reporting of reconciliation errors
