Ok, so I had to re-create the ooziedaily and pigdaily role accounts. These were deleted as part of a massive cull on September 6th/7th. - Having never logged in these users were caught in the filter.

I sent a manual subscription from each user - please ensure the moderators pick it up.

Let me know if the automatic daily emails dont turn up after a day or so.
