Apache SSL

Has anybody heard about Community ConneXion, Inc.? Is this one of the
Apache Development Group?

They are advertising ApacheSSL for $500.00 - my question is, is Apache
behind it, and if not, what are Apache's plans for SSL? (I'd be alot
less hesitant knowing that the group was either involved in it, or at
least supported it).
