[Issue 117534] Zoom in OpenOffice on Mac does not follow system preference settings

Could not reproduce the bug on the latest version as well as on the version
where the original bug was reported.

Original bug version- OOO330m20 (Build: 9567), Mac OS 10.12.6, OOo Writer, In
system preferences->Trackpad->Scroll & Zoom, disabled 'Zoom in or out(Pinch
with 2 fingers)'. Without using the Command button on Mac, I tried to zoom in
and out. Zooming was not possible since the setting from System preference was
turned off. Once the setting was enabled again, Zooming in and out was possible
on OOo Writer. 

Latest version of OOo: OOo4.1.3, Mac OS 10.12.6, OOo Writer, The same workflow
as mentioned above and could not reproduce the bug.
