   ### Description
   
   In order to run BAMOE with the supported Postgres versions 17.4, KIE Flyway needs to be upgraded. The current version it uses (flyway 10.17.3) leads to the following message during database initialization:
   
   ```WARN  [org.flywaydb.core.internal.database.base.Database:45] (main) Flyway upgrade recommended: PostgreSQL 17.4 is newer than this version of Flyway and support has not been tested. The latest supported version of PostgreSQL is 16.```
   
   Latest flyway version currently available is 11.3.4:
   https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/flywaydb/flyway-core/
