This masks backend test failures for tests that are part of the unified test executable, bumping priority.

> The scripts generated by bin/gen-backend-test-script.sh need to return the return code from the call to the unified backend executable. The JUnitXML contains a failure, which Jenkins and other tools can process, but the return code must match up for scripts to be able to loop the test, etc.
