Streams upgrade tests currently only test upgrading from 3.3 and earlier versions ([link|https://github.com/apache/kafka/blob/056657d84d84e116ffc9460872945b4d2b479ff3/tests/kafkatest/tests/streams/streams_application_upgrade_test.py#L30]). We should add 3.4 as an "upgrade_from" version into these tests, in light of the upcoming 3.5 release.
