Error starting Tomcat w/ SOAP.

Hope someone can help.

When I start Tomcat, I keep getting the following error:

2001-05-08 09:07:37 - Ctx( /soap ): Loading -2147483646 jsp
XmlMapper: Can't find resource for entity: -//Sun Microsystems, Inc.// DTD W
application 1.2//EN --> http://java.sun.com/j2ee/dtds/web-app_2_2.dtd "null"

I have no idea what could be causing this error, I have the tried several
version of the Xerces.jar file and at a loss.

Also, I keep getting the following error trying to run the address book
example:

Exception in thread "main" java.net.MalformedURLException: no protocol:
\http://
localhost:8080/soap/servlet/rpcrouter
        at java.net.URL.<init>(Unknown Source)
        at java.net.URL.<init>(Unknown Source)
        at java.net.URL.<init>(Unknown Source)
        at samples.addressbook.GetAddress.main(GetAddress.java:93)

Are these problems related.
