Compatibility with existing app servers

Hi,

I wanted to know, if there are any implementations in geronimo which would 
support the functionalities provided by weblogic.xml deployement 
descriptor. That is, if i wanted to run a web-app which uses the weblogic 
specific deployment descriptors, what changes could i possibly make to 
deploy it successfully. Especially, i d like to know the corresponding 
steps to be taken for  security-role-assignment Element and 
reference-descriptor Element of weblogic.xml
