You're right..

Methinks we should:

 - Add an obfuscate-mail-links option to skinconf.xml
 - Tie it to the existing $obfuscate-mail-links XSLT parameter
 - Set it to true by default

Like toc level, this is another skin property that could be made
page-specific one day.
