The directory structure seems to have changed for the 3.1.0 distribution, so these directions for running the CVD don't work anymore:

cd \apache-ctakes-3.1.0
bin\runctakesCVD.bat

The current path to runctakesCVD.bat is (on Windows):

apache-ctakes-3.1.0-bin\apache-ctakes-3.1.0\bin\runctakesCVD.bat
