I don't think bug 28868 is really a duplicate of 26322.  I think it's a
bug^H^H^Hfeature of WebLogic.

To prevent this behavior, you apparently need to do both of two things:

1. Add the command line flag "-Dweblogic.servlet.optimisticSerialization=true"
to your WebLogic server startup script (see
http://e-docs.bea.com/wls/docs81/notes/resolved_sp04.html#1849916).

2. Add "<servlet-reload-check-secs>-1</servlet-reload-check-secs>" to
weblogic.xml in your WAR file.  (see
http://forums.bea.com/bea/message.jspa?messageID=600009976&tstart=0).
