Nightly build of 19/06/2003

Hi,

We're still having issues with the nightly build... (We really need to
squash the issue with Tomcat starting in the Gump build!).

Anyway, for those who want to use a recent version, I've uploaded a
build of today which includes Chris' fix to the Cactus/Ant integration:
JBoss should now start correctly using the <cactus> task on unix.
