[jira] Resolved: (IVY-564) expose ivy variables as Ant properties

Xavier Hanin resolved IVY-564.
------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

Ivy variables are now exposed as Ant properties after the call to configure or settings loading. For each Ivy variable, up to two properties are set:
- one with the variable name
- one with the variable name suffixed by dot + the settings id (if any)

Ant properties immutability is respected.

> When configuring Ivy, some variables are set, it would be useful to have access to their values as Ant properties after the configuration. Since Ant properties are immutable, only variables not already set in Ant would be exposed.
