slachiewicz opened a new pull request, #702:

   SiteToolTest resolves the skin and parent site descriptors from fixtures under `src/test/resources/local-repo` instead of Central, so its 11 cases also run in `-o` builds, and the `doxia.test.offline` argLine and the resolver transport test dependencies go. The 1,350-line `MavenProjectStub` is replaced by a `MavenProject` built from the test POM, which keeps build, properties and distribution management in the `Model` where the site tool reads them.
   
   Prepares apache/maven-doxia-sitetools#701, which uses the same fixtures.
   
   Verified: `mvn -o verify` → 16/16 in doxia-integration-tools (master: 11 of 16 skipped); removing the fluido metadata fixture fails `getSkinArtifactFromRepository`.
