[Bug 120167] Problem with Khmer Installer

Hello, 


I download Khmer installer (rr1354891)for AOO3.4.1 from:
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OOOUSERS/Development+Snapshot+Builds#DevelopmentSnapshotBuilds-fullsets

After completed installation and start the application, the whole application
is still in English. I have changed the User interface, Locale setting, Default
currency,... to Khmer in Language Setting and restart application, but it is
still in English.

Could you please check on this?
