   报错为 java.lang.NullPointerException: [StreamPark] FileUtils.getPathFromEnv: HADOOP_HOME is not set on system env
   
   引起报错的地方是FlinkApplicationActionServiceImpl.java中的
   ```
           if (FlinkDeployMode.isKubernetesApplicationMode(application.getDeployMode())) {
               properties.put(JobManagerOptions.ARCHIVE_DIR.key(), Workspace.ARCHIVES_FILE_PATH());
           } 
          // Workspace.ARCHIVES_FILE_PATH())报错
   ```
   理论上用k8s application模式并不应该强制要求Hadoop环境？
