Sample webservice using Axis2-1.3 & Rampart 1.3 in Weblogic

I read an article 'Hello World with Apache Axis2' in below website. It
is so much helpful and useful to develop and deploy an Axis2 webservice.

I would like to know is there any article available which explains step
by step to develop a Hello world application with Axis2-1.3 & Rampart
1.3 and deploy in Weblogic server.
