managementnode.php: modified AJsaveResource: added array $esc that contains mysql_real_escape_string data for sysadminemail and sharedmailbox

The AJsaveResource function in managementnode.php references an array named $esc, but it is not defined. Adding the following to at the top of the first else block in the function fixes the problem:
