rfile print info command can generate a historgram of rfile key/value sizes.  It does this by scanning all of the data in the rfile.  The rfile index keeps track of  the compressed and uncompressed size of each key/value block.  

Generating a histogram block sizes would be very quick and would give an approximation of the key/value size histogram for larger key values.  It would be useful to add this as an option to print-info.
