Hi Rob,

Can you check your mirror, looks like you might be suspended for something, perhaps you went over your allowance for traffic for the month or something ? If that's the case then obviously this would not be a good time for you to become an official apache mirror.

If its something else, apologies, but can you correct the problem and get your mirror back up, we can look at adding you after that once we see that it is consistently available and up to date (like we do with all our mirrors).
