Does this mean that turbine now does not support LDAP ?? and i have to use a DB
to use its security services. Is this true.

Turbine *can* support it.

There is just no supported implementation for the LDAP stuff and you are
welcome to contribute one since the one we had is now out of date and
unsupported.
