I too can find no way to change the size of a checkbox. The Height and Width
properties have an effect only of adding white space around the checkbox.

The font size should categorically not do this resizing as I would like to have
a checkbox of any size I prefer and a label of any font size I prefer, they are
not overlapping properties.

But the checkbox should have a property for the size of the box! As should the
option button
