Re: [I] feat(cli): TUI resume has no discovery surface — no interrupted-session hint, and /resume errors when no session is attached [maka]

mikemikimike commented on issue #3508:

   Implemented in https://github.com/apache/maka/pull/3582.

The TUI now shows a passive startup hint when a safe-boundary resume is available. Running `/resume` without an attached session opens a picker of sessions the Runtime Host confirms are resumable. Discovery is bounded, retains candidates found before an incomplete scan, and keeps external-session imports out of the resume flow. The regular `/session` picker can still attach cwd-backed sessions when resume availability cannot be determined.

Validation passed on the pushed head:
   - `npm run build:test`
   - `npm --workspace maka-agent run build`
   - TUI runner tests: 237 passed
   - Runtime Host session driver tests: 81 passed
   - `npm run typecheck`
   - Biome format and lint for the changed CLI files
   - `npm run check:tui-copy`
   - `git diff --check`
   - GitHub Actions CI: https://github.com/apache/maka/actions/runs/37293494304

The full npm workspace test suite, Docker-based checks, and Windows platform CI were not run.
