Other Website Using EMBPerl
Hello All,
I always forget to mention this, it appears that FTD uses EMBPerl:
http://www.ftd.com/528/catalog/category.epl?index_id=product_plants&tabmapid=2
Unless there is another dynamic web language that uses ".epl" as its
extension.

At least they have compiled Embperl into there server. HEAD www.ftd.com
shows Embperl 1.3.3 along with AxKit 1.4_82 and mod_perl 1.26
