Steps to reproduce:
1. Have the latest CloudStack setup with at least 1 adv zone
2. Add S3 secondary storage along with Cache Storage
3. check the EVENTS table to see any event generated for the additon of these.

Observations:

(i) There are no events generated for any of the above actions specific to S3/CacheStorage
Here is the snippet from cloud.events table

attached all the logs along with db dump to the bug.
