within select-tag, entered 'multiple="false" renders wrong

           Summary: within select-tag, entered 'multiple="false" renders
                    wrong
           Product: Struts
           Version: 1.1 Beta 2
          Platform: Sun
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Minor
          Priority: Other
         Component: Custom Tags
        AssignedTo: struts-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: fasommer@web.de

If mistyped multiple within a select tag, struts behaves silly:
When entered
multiple="false"
the resulting html-code shows:
multiple="multiple"

This causes Browsers not to render correctly dropdown-selects: they are shown
as one-row-elements, nothing drops down. Took me a while to find the reason why
nothing dropped down...
