About: Velosurf is a thin but efficient database abstraction layer meant to be used with Jakarta Velocity. Its aim is to provide
template writers a set of context variables that automatically map database tables and relationships. Developers can gather all sql
code in one file and expose customized sql queries as standard properties.

Changes: Along to some crucial additions to the docs, this release mainly adds soft caching capabilities as long as an "action" tag
for customized update queries.
